Terms and Conditions
1. Booking and Payment
Booking a class constitutes a commitment to full payment in advance. Payment secures your place in the class. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. If an invoice is issued and payment is not received by the due date, the booking will be cancelled.
2. No Refunds / No Transfers
All payments are non-refundable.
* No refunds will be given if the participant cancels, withdraws, or does not attend the class for any reason, including illness, personal circumstances, or change of mind.
* Failure to attend a booked class (“no-show”) will result in forfeiture of the full booking fee.
* Bookings are not transferable to another person or to another class date unless expressly agreed in writing by the organiser.
3. Cancellation or Changes by the Organiser
In the unlikely event that the class is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser (for example, due to insufficient enrolments, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances), participants will be offered:
* a transfer to a rescheduled class or
* a refund of the class fee.
No further compensation will be provided.
4. Participant Responsibility
Participants are responsible for arriving on time for the class. Late arrival may result in reduced participation time or inability to join the session, with no refund provided.
5. Health and Safety
Participants agree to follow all safety instructions given during the class. Participation is at the participant’s own risk. The organiser is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to personal property except where required by law.
6. Materials and Artwork
Materials provided remain the property of the organiser unless otherwise stated. Completed artworks may be taken home unless specified.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.
